HelloHello.net provides a personal business back office for every paid member, where income, downline and products can be viewed. This back office is for the specific member only and if the login details are handed over to third party the membership is liable for immediate termination by HelloHello.net.

In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account. Membership and Earnings Policy
To become a paid member of HelloHello.net and to enter into the compensation program, a distributer must be 18 years of age or older. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate termination of account and all pending commission will be waived. HelloHello.net distributors may participate in our compensation program as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. Commissions are paid as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. All Distributors understand BEFORE become joining or purchasing any product that there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS. Distributors should not participate in HelloHello.net under the expectation of earning income without referring new subscribers. Neither HelloHello.net, nor its Paid Members can guarantee "spillover" or earnings simply by becoming a Paid Member. HelloHello.net Paid Members should not participate in HelloHello.net opportunity if they are not planning on sharing the products with others.
Most Paid Members earn less money each month in the compensation program than they are paying to for their products. Although it is possible, HelloHello.net Paid Members should NOT expect to make a profit simply by becoming a Paid Member as it is very possible that will not occur.
Points system
Activity on the portal is awarded with points, and these points are converted into cash on a monthly basis. The conversion factor $/point is determined on the basis of the income from advertising and other income streams in the previous month. So the conversion factor may vary substantially from month to month. If the income on advertising in one month is deemed to be too little to justify a payout, then all points will be transferred to next month as well as the income on advertising is accumulated to next month as well.
In order to be eligible for a payout, the member must be active on the portal and as a minimum have a picture or avatar on the profile, 50% of the profile need to be created within 8 days, a members must log in regularly and at least 75% of the referred downline members must be active on the portal as well.
The minimum payout is $25 which can be paid out via AlertPay or via the Branded MasterCard through Payoneer (paid members only). The day for payout is the 7th each month but can be delayed because of organized fraud by some members, or the above criterias are not fulfilled or because of holiday seasons or advertisers has not paid HelloHello.Net. The point system is very sensitive. HelloHello.Net will not guarantee to convert points to cash in all kind of cases. Many members use their points to upgrade to Premiums $29.99 or Ambassadors $59.99 which can be done if the qualifications described above are met:

Compliance Policy
HelloHello.net may change, alter, add, or detract products, services, and compensation at any time and for any reason. HelloHello.net reserves the right to terminate a subscriber at any time for violating any of our policies regardless of fault.

Refund Policy

If a Paid Member decides to discontinue the membership, this can be done in two ways: The Paid Member wants to cancel the membership with immediate effect. The Paid Member is then eligible for a refund of the membership of the current Month. All compensation earned in the Month of termination will be suspended. Compensation earned in the previous Month and not yet paid will be settled at the time of termination. The Paid Member can stop paying the membership fee. This will result in one Months of ÓGrace periodÓ where no commission is earned, but the membership continues. At the start of the second Month, the membership is terminated with no further settlement of the account, as that has already been settled in the ÓGrace PeriodÓ.

- Advertises any illegal services or the sale of any items prohibited or restricted by applicable law
- Has misleading email addresses or other manipulated identifiers to disguise its origin

You understand and agree that you are solely responsible for reviewing the terms of this Agreement from time to time. Any continued use of the Software or Service by you after such amended terms have been posted or information regarding such amendment has been sent to you, shall be deemed your consent and agreement to such amended terms.
